The future of the telecoms industry is very exciting with BT investing Billions of pounds into it's new 21st century Network and the competition within the industry constantly changing and growing.

BT Wholesale's eCo Repair system is incompatible with the new network and many telecoms providers have already started to make other arrangements.

eCo Repair Services have been very proactive in these early stages of the change by meeting BT Wholesale and officially being known as a TPI (Third Party Integrator).

We have also been meeting with other software companies that are building new fault reporting platforms for when call providers do switch to WLR3 we will know what to expect and already have experience in dealing with other fault reporting platforms.
